I'm Deborah Hoffman, owner of Deborah Hoffman Insurance Agency Inc., a 3.1 million independent multiline agency in Florida and Michigan. In Florida, we do business as SWFL Insurance and have offices in Naples, Ft. Myers, and Port Charlotte. In Michigan, we do business as OneSource Insurance and have offices in Brighton and Lincoln Park.

I have 20 full-time staff members, 15 producers and five managers, and operational support. Before acquiring SWFL Insurance in 2020, I owned and operated a successful district operation for Farmers Insurance Group. I managed a team of 6 -7 full-time employees, and we oversaw the development of 60 full-time Farmers Insurance Agency Owners in the State of Michigan. We recruited, onboarded, and trained new agency owners, producers, and other staff members.

I divested my interest in Farmers Insurance to pursue a more diversified opportunity as part of the independent agency channel. My vision is to grow our agency operation organically and through agency acquisition while maintaining a culture that embraces building relationships with clients, community, and carriers and establishing an environment of accountability. I am and always have been a highly motivated leader, coach, and business owner who is passionate about growth, diversification, and business development.

I am Suzie Miller, Operations Manager of OneSource Insurance Agency. In my role, I work administratively to keep our company compliant, up-to-date, and organized. Producing reports, completing paperwork, and utilizing various human resource skills are my expertise! Growing my administrative skills and serving others are my passions within our organization.

In addition to my love for my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.

Jeremey has been a Health, Life, and Annuity licensed insurance agent since 2004. He was an agent and manager for Bankers Life from 2004 to 2021, a three-time convention qualifier, and a two-time leader in growth.

Jeremy has been working with OneSource Insurance and SWFL Insurance as a Health, Life, and Annuity manager since 2021.

Jeremy has a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.

Paul is an Insurance Advisor at OneSource Insurance Agency with three decades of experience in commercial lines insurance.

His past experiences include the business's carrier and brokerage aspects, with a proven track record of revenue growth. Knowledge of coverages is one of Paul's strongest attributes, and he also has a wealth of knowledge in risk management concepts.

One of his passions is education, as he has instructed CPCU courses for over 25 years. Also, he currently serves as a member of the Westran Insurance Scholarship Foundation and Olivet College Insurance Advisory Committee.

Paul has three sons and four grandsons, whom he enjoys spending time with, and his interests include cycling, hockey, and music.

I am an administrative assistant at OneSource Insurance Agency. I enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure the agency is operating smoothly. My work ethic, attention to detail, and humor aid the agency in staying up-to-date, accurate, and enjoyable. I thrive in the administrative world after several years of administrative work for CAT. After meeting my husband there, I took time off to raise our children and am happy to return to the workforce.

Outside work, I love spending time with family and friends, running, biking, and swimming. I have a loving husband and two wonderful children that are very active in sports. Our evenings are spent at cross country, gymnastics, and track meets. Weekends include finding new trails to hike/bike and swimming in our pool with family and friends.
